UFC's Chris Leben Arrested

MMAjunkie is reporting that Chris Leben was arrested for a probation violation in regards to a DUI charge. Apparentely Chris turned himself in to Oregon authorities on Wednesday night. Reportedly "The Crippler" is scheduled to fight Michael "The Count" Bisping at UFC 85 in
less than six weeks from now. It is unknown if this will effect the match.

This may not be true. I read another post saying that he had to turn himself in for a violation of probation and sit in jail for a few days. He apparently needs to see a judge in order to get permission to travel out of state for his fight with Bisping. So, supposedly he will see a judge in a few days and then have permission to travel. Not sure which story is true but this one was posted by a what is supposed to be a "reliable source".

Yeah I did some more research and it was a probabtion violation from orignal charges of a DUI charge that he was in violation of.

I'm really happy that this isn't a new charge so we can see him fight bisping. I'm really looking forward to it.
