I saw this on another board and people were knocking the hell out of it. After watching it, I too understood the comments that followed. It is definitely a must watch for the serious martial artist and I would have to say that the guard defense is like none other.
hahahaha. I really enjoyed this video, I initially was not going to watch it, but something made me, and im very glad i did. hahahahhaa i needed a good laugh!

You have to admit that was funny stuff. It's even funnier that these guys really think this would work in real world situations. By the way, I have since changed my mind, I am more partial to the ankle twist now.

Face and I were talking about this video and laughing our asses off. Boy the Gracies must be devastated now that these long hidden techniques have been revealed.
My personal favorite is the "Glasses Takedown". Check out the technique when he's trying to take the guy down to the ground. It looks like they stopped thinking that one through right after they came up with part about throwing your glasses at someone.
Oh and remember kids, according to the instructor in the video, if a grappler tries to take you down just push on their head with one hand and grab their hair. You can always beat good grapplers, street thugs, etc. by pulling their hair. It really stings.
