This is a short clip of Joe Stevenson going through some workout routines. Stevenson never ceases to amaze me and I think that he has a huge future in UFC. I am definitely a huge Joe Stevenson fan.

I think he was refering to Stevenson as being an amazing fighter, not that the video clip was amazing.

this is a good workout for him to be able to do what he is doing shows that he wouldent slow down in the octagon that is for sure
