Nick Diaz Pulled From StrikeForce Card

Nick Diaz was pulled from the Strikeforce card that featured the Shamrock Vs Le fight by the CSAC due to the fact that he admitted membership in a Cannabis Club that legally uses marihuana for medical use. Nick recently did an interview with Tagg Radio's Chris Fries and stated that "They (CSAC) want to discriminate on me. Somebody else had a medicinal card on the fight card, and they got to fight, but I didn't get to fight."

This doesn't surprise me that the California State Athletic Commission would not let Nick fight. However if someone else had a marihuana medical card then it would be a little suspect. The worst part of this whole thing is that I didn't think that medicinal marihuana was legalized, but then again California seems to have it's own rules.

What medicinal purposes did Diaz state that he needed the smoke for? He should have had THE biggest win of his career last year, but had it reversed because of this, of course the were gonna nail him to the wall for it this time. I wonder if a legal case will unfold here.
